The idea for Sumeva Delight was born from a simple yet powerful thought: in a world that’s increasingly fast-paced and filled with unhealthy choices, how can we return to the basics and take better care of ourselves? Dry fruits have always been a staple in our kitchens, celebrated for their health benefits and versatility. Yet, I noticed that many people are unaware of their true potential—how to choose the right ones, when to eat them, and how they can transform our health. My mission with Sumeva Delight is not only to provide fresh and high-quality dry fruits but also to educate people about their benefits and encourage healthier, more mindful eating. Food, for me, is about more than sustenance; it’s about connection. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the Mithai business, this journey feels personal. My grandfather ran a mithai (sweet) shop, which taught me the importance of freshness, quality, and care in everything we serve. Today, I see that many people no longer recognize what truly fresh dry fruits taste like—and I want to change that. As a founder, I’m committed to offering dry fruits that are not just healthy and delicious but also thoughtfully curated and elegantly packaged. Beyond delivering premium quality, my goal is to revive the trust and joy people associate with traditional foods, presented in a modern, accessible way.
